Robin Hutton, New York Times best-selling author of Sgt. Reckless: America’s War Horse, is an animal lover, especially those that served in the military. Robin’s enthusiastic efforts to make sure that the story of Sergeant Reckless and her fellow Marines is never forgotten is inspiring. Her research and documentation for history is essential. She is president of Angels Without Wings, Inc., a non-profit corporation that spearheaded the development and dedication of six national monuments to Sgt. Reckless. She was named Patriotic Citizen of the Year by the Military Order of the Purple Heart for her work.

Greg Magruder is a 4-time Emmy Award-winning producer and lifelong avid horseman. Well-respected and admired for his knowledge, insight, and passion for horses, Greg’s exceptional relationships with everyone in the Thoroughbred horse industry is undisputed. From a cowboy in Texas to the racetracks of North America and Europe, he then shared his experiences behind the camera with his work with ABC Sports, and continuing with NBC Sports’ Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup. Greg has an astute ability to tell the story of this amazing animal. He lives in the beautiful rolling hills of Kentucky, has been around many horses in his lifetime, and recognizes the special character of Reckless.

Samson Chan is a 10-time Emmy Award-winning producer, director, and cinematographer. His observation and artistry create strikingly beautiful visuals, while his sensibility and perspective reveal moving and dramatic stories that inform and inspire. He travels the world extensively, most notably with his work with the Olympics telling tales of amazing athletes and their journeys.
